About Me
Life can be overwhelming, unpredictable, and straight up messy at times. But the good news?
You don’t have to face it alone.
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, and my work is rooted in creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—especially during times of transition, uncertainty, or feeling stuck. Whether you’re navigating identity, trauma, stress, or simply trying to figure out what’s next, I meet you where you are.
I earned my master’s in Clinical Counseling from Palo Alto University and my bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from Rutgers University. With nearly a decade of counseling experience and a lifetime of my own inner work, I bring professional training, empathy, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping you gain clarity and confidence.
My approach blends Humanistic and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, holistic principles, and culturally responsive care. I specialize in working with trauma, multicultural and identity-related concerns, mood and behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem challenges.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that we’re all human—flawed, resilient, and capable of growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and yours.
